Mason came to OTG’s attention through our close association with Zayo, and we were fortunate enough to recruit him to join our Analytics Team, where he worked for two years. As an Analyst, Mason has worked with Sarah Vance and the team on complex tasks and has used all his free time to build in-house developed A.I. tools to help the team automate their work.

Mason recently accepted a full-time position with OTG, where he will continue his work on in-house developed tools and his work on OTG’s FPR (fastest path to revenue) team.

Still in college, Mason has appreciated the flexibility OTG has provided for his school schedule. With the ability to work no matter what his school schedule is like, Mason likes the challenge of creating new methods to bring in revenue and the opportunity of trying new things through both his roles. Another aspect Mason enjoys is daily customer interactions and trying to push himself outside his comfort zone during these occasions.

Outside of work, Mason can be found hiking or taking pictures of the new places he and his wife choose to explore.
