Collin joined the OTG team 8 months ago as an account manager after he was recruited by his friend, Jake Trottier. As an account manager, Collin acts as a first point of contact for several of Zayo’s K-12 and Higher Education accounts. He assists customers with ticket support, their renewal processes, the implementation of new services, and more! His favorite part of his role  is helping customers resolve any problem that they may have.

Collin has really enjoyed being a part of the OTG team. “These are among the best people I have ever worked with,” Collin has said. “Everyone is focused on *personal and account* growth, respect, accountability, and ownership.”

Outside of work, Collin enjoys taking walks, writing, playing games, and trying new restaurants. Collin and his wife, Lizzy, are currently preparing to welcome a new addition to their family, an exciting chapter they’re eagerly anticipating. Collin is especially looking forward to becoming a father, building on the experience he has already gained as a proud dog dad to their sweet pup, Milo.
