As the GEM Analytics Team Manager, Sarah Vance has been solving problems and helping people at OTG feel seen and heard for three years. 

Sarah leads a team of 15 data analysts who collect and interpret complex data projects to inform OTG business decisions. Sarah thrives in OTG’s atmosphere and loves the challenge of constantly learning new things. She works closely with her unique and diverse team to help them grow and thrive.

When she isn’t leading the analytics team to success, Sarah is baking or cooking something new for her friends or the OTG team. Sarah enjoys spending time with her friends, going to concerts, taking daily walks, exploring farmer’s markets, and snowboarding during the winter.
