He’s the go-to force behind seamlessly integrating every new line of business, making sure each addition feels like it’s always been part of the OTG family.
What Darin loves most about OTG is our teamwork. He thrives on watching the OTG team tackle challenges head-on, bringing creativity and innovation to our projects.
Outside the office, Darin can usually be found chasing great food, hitting the slopes, biking, or enjoying quality time with his family. Or leaving his laptop somewhere by accident.

For 12 years, Valerie has been a driving force behind OTG’s operational strength and consistency. As Vice President of Operations, she oversees the Operations team and works cross-functionally to ensure strategic alignment, process efficiency, and organizational excellence.
Valerie thrives on structure and precision. She enjoys working with numbers, building streamlined processes, and fostering strong camaraderie across teams. Her leadership style reflects both analytical rigor and a deep appreciation for collaboration; a balance that has made her an integral part of OTG’s continued growth.
Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and canning, traveling, and tailgating during football season. Her fuel of choice? Cold brew. Black. Always.
